I am Natalia, a Headhunter and Career Coach, as well as the Founder and CEO of JstWORK.com. My professional journey spans 18 years in recruitment and HR, during which I have successfully hired over 1,200 candidates, conducted more than 18,000 interviews, and reviewed countless resumes from over 70 countries. This extensive experience has honed my expertise in identifying and connecting the right talent with the right opportunities, making me a true matchmaker in the world of recruitment. My life began in Mogadishu, born to a Ukrainian mother and Somali father. Growing up, I completed my education in four different languages — Russian, Somali, Italian, and English. Living and working across multiple countries has enriched my perspective, allowing me to immerse myself in diverse cultures, traditions, and ways of life. While I travel frequently and am now based in Kenya, the UK remains home. I am passionate about the ocean and enjoy deep-sea diving and other oceanic activities. Yet, my lifelong passion has always been people. Every interview, for me, is more than a professional exercise —it is an opportunity to uncover authentic life stories, explore the ‘whys,’ and understand what truly motivates each individual. I specialize in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from creating strategies and employer branding to talent sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
