Natalia Zahra Polishchouk Mohamed
Natalia is the founder and Managing Director of JSTWORK. She speaks five languages and has the world as her office. Prior to starting JSTWORK, she spent 15 years working in the IT industry with 11+ years with Oracle and 3 years with JD Edwards. During this time Natalia was scouting for the best talent across many lines of businesses executing recruitment drives from graduates all the way to Senior Director levels covering predominantly the EMEA regions. With a more recent focus on Africa as one of her main markets, Natalia has accumulated a wealth of knowledge; hiring over 1,000+ candidates, interviewing over 15,000+ candidates and reviewed 100,000’s of resumes from across more than 70+ countries globally.
Born to a Ukrainian mother and a Somali father, Natalia grew up exposed to many cultures, educational systems and religions. The rich experiences have helped her develop a unique gift; to truly appreciate and understand people! Her strengths lie in building strong relationships and networking and with her positive energy she is able to engage at all levels.

As the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director and Social Media Executive at JstWORK, she is excited to oversee all research projects, event and social media management; ensuring our Managing Director gets to be and do all she is meant to do.
She is well-versed in business communications and operational management. She wears many hats in her career- researcher, social media content writer, business development, marketer, strategist and client relations; As a result, she thrives in managing multi-disciplinary projects.

Lino Carcoforo is the Recruitment Director at JstWORK and brings considerable knowledge and insight by developing innovative and effective recruitment strategies, programs and policies to assist JstWORK in attracting highly-qualified and diverse individuals.
An accomplished quadrilingual recruiter with over 9 years’ experience in multi-level recruiting, Lino is highly seasoned in working in the full cycle of the recruiting process. This includes industry research, cold calling, scheduling, negotiating, networking and developing and maintaining strong working relationships with candidates, client companies, hiring managers and human resource staff.
Having worked as a recruitment partner with pre-IPO tech start-up’s, large corporate multinationals as well as Tier one investment banks, Lino has consistently provided solutions by effectively delivering upon mandates in complex business areas, working across London and Hong Kong and Sub Sahara Africa.
Internally, Lino manages a team while continuing to take an active role in training and developing less experienced recruiters. He also assists in managing delivery consultants in multi-site locations.
Lino often draws upon his secret weapon: an unparalleled network of contacts and resources that can open doors like magic. He understands that businesses hire people and not resumes, thus aims to thoroughly assess and deliver stellar candidates efficiently, and as per the client brief and on time.
In his free time, Lino enjoys a game of squash or cooking up a storm.
