Natalia Zahra Polishchouk Mohamed
Natalia is the founder and Managing Director of JSTWORK. She speaks five languages and has the world as her office. Prior to starting JSTWORK, she spent 15 years working in the IT industry with 11+ years with Oracle and 3 years with JD Edwards. During this time Natalia was scouting for the best talent across many lines of businesses executing recruitment drives from graduates all the way to Senior Director levels covering predominantly the EMEA regions. With a more recent focus on Africa as one of her main markets, Natalia has accumulated a wealth of knowledge; hiring over 1,000+ candidates, interviewing over 15,000+ candidates and reviewed 100,000’s of resumes from across more than 70+ countries globally.
Born to a Ukrainian mother and a Somali father, Natalia grew up exposed to many cultures, educational systems and religions. The rich experiences have helped her develop a unique gift; to truly appreciate and understand people! Her strengths lie in building strong relationships and networking and with her positive energy she is able to engage at all levels.

In the last four years Grace established and ran an HR department from scratch. In addition, she has sourced candidates, screening applications to select the ideal candidate for a variety of positions.
As Talent Acquisition & Career Consultant, she is excited to deal with HR-related situations that need focused attention in the work environment. She enjoys working with candidates especially empowering them through our career development programme. Her positive outlook in previous roles has already influenced many ambitious professionals to stand out in their career and deliberately succeed.

Toria is a Community Development and Counselling Major. Her exceptional administrative experience has helped her to sharpen her organizational ability and problem-solving skills.
As the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director and Social Media Executive at JstWORK, she is excited to oversee all research projects, event and social media management; ensuring our Managing Director gets to be and do all she is meant to do.
She is well-versed in business communications and operational management. She wears many hats in her career- researcher, social media content writer, business development, marketer, strategist and client relations; As a result, she thrives in managing multi-disciplinary projects.

Director of Consulting
Originally South African, and with more than 20 years of experience in the UK/EMEA, Sherwyn has held senior learning/organisational performance roles at FTSE100 corporations before moving into consulting. Sherwyn has solved business development and organisational culture and performance issues internally and as a consultant, meaning he probably knows how it feels in your shoes.
He has recently started a consulting and technology firm based in London: Hypergrowth•Buzz and will be also brining consulting and training into Kenya and Sub-Saharan Africa in partnership with jstWORK.
Sherwyn’s Africa experience includes HR leadership in Motorola’s mobile business across Middle East and Africa in 2006 – 2009; working with the Leadership team of Tazama (The Tanzanian/Zambian crude oil pipeline) in 2010; instrumental in setting up trade agreements for the import of products into the UK (including Tinga-Tinga art in 2012); reviewing performance management across De Beers Mining Group and their subsidiaries, including joint ventures in Botswana, Angola and Namibia in 2014, HR consulting projects with BP covering properties and interests in a variety of African countries (2016).
